By using aimdev.site and our studio tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
- aimdev.site provides marketing pages, calculators, and links to aimdev product apps. Features may change as we iterate.
- Calculators output estimates based on the information you enter. Results vary by individual and are provided "as is" without warranties.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt our services.
- Do not submit false information or use automated means to spam lead forms.
- You are responsible for keeping your product account credentials secure.
Email and marketing
- Saving calculator results by email requires a valid address and your agreement to our Terms and Privacy Policy (checkbox on the form).
- By submitting, you consent to us storing your email and calc snapshot to deliver your results and related AimDev service communications.
- Product updates and nutrition tips are optional and require a separate marketing opt-in; you can unsubscribe via links in those emails.
- Transactional messages for your request (for example, emailing your plan or recipe) are sent to fulfil the service you asked for.
Intellectual property
- Site content, branding, and software are owned by aimdev or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, aimdev is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or calculators.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Zealand.
